Terms of Use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms of use apply to your use of kadikoyhomes.com. By using the site, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains separately how we handle your personal data.
Terms of use for listings
We describe each property as accurately as we can from the information available to us. However, prices, sizes, availability and other details can change. We confirm them only in writing before a sale or rental. Gross areas include a share of common parts, so ask us for the net figure. Photos and illustrations show what a property or area is like, and they are not part of any contract.
Prices and currency
Asking prices are usually given in US dollars. However, the deed records the price in Turkish lira. For that reason, we confirm the exact amount and payment terms in writing before a sale.
No legal or financial advice
The guides on this site explain how buying property in Türkiye generally works. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice. Rules on residence permits, citizenship, fees and taxes also change. Therefore, confirm the current position with a qualified lawyer before you commit.
Our services
A separate written agreement sets out any agency work we do for you, and the fee for it. We sign that agreement before any viewing, so you know the fee from the start. In other words, nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
Using the site: basic terms of use
You may browse this site and share links to it for personal use. Do not copy listings or content in bulk. Likewise, do not try to disrupt the site or send unlawful material through our forms.
Links
We link to other websites for convenience. However, we are not responsible for their content. For that reason, check the information on those sites at its source.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this site that has not been confirmed in writing.
Which law governs these terms of use
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye govern these terms, and the courts of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. In Türkiye, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 sets out these rights; you can read it in the official legislation database.
Questions
If anything in these terms is unclear, write to us through the contact page.
